I don’t know that I have that much to say about this recipe because it’s just one of the most delicious things I’ve ever made for you. The best part is that it’s only a few simple ingredients. It was one of those recipes that just suddenly came to me out of the blue.Read More
It’s that time of year when all of us last minute shoppers are scrambling around for the best gifts that we can find. I mean…not that I know anything about that. Well this year I’ve got a gift guide chock full of lovely gifts I think nearly anyone would love to receive, from travelers to foodies to gifts that give back, I hope this makes your annual shopping a bit easier. I’ve had this recipe idea in my head for ages, maybe even a whole year, and it finally came to fruition! I thought the sweet squash would contrast with the spicy chorizo, and garlic cream is just always a good idea. I went back and forth between calling it “creme” and “cream.” What’s the difference? I don't know about you, but summer is my FAVORITE! I used to love fall, but then terrible winter comes (I feel like I've said this all before). Blerg. So I've transitioned to a summer lover. I love the long, long days, short nights, fresh produce, festivals, outdoor concerts, margaritas by the pool, and most importantly: time off work! Freedom!Read More
