I was going to have our very first 7-Day Restart group in January, but my sign-up didn't work. And to be honest, I was personally still feeling good after the holidays and really enjoying my food freedom. Mentally I wasn't in a place where I wanted to put any restrictions on myself.
My how times have changed, haha. I'm feeling majorly sugar addicted lately, my sleep has been fairly terrible, and I'm feeling so blaaaah and uninspired. I can't think of a better time for a Restart!! I really need it in all areas of my life. When I offered the same to my Instagram followers, they said they were ready for a Restart, too! So let's do it!
STEP 1: Sign up below to join the mailing list. I will be sending out emails a few days prior to the Restart, and then throughout the week to help everyone stay motivated and on board! Kick-off for the Restart is February 20th so you have a 3-day weekend to prepare!
STEP 2: Go purchase the 7-Day Restart e-book. This is pretty much required to participate because it will lead you through the whole Restart, from prepping, nutrition information, recipes, meal planning, shopping lists, and everything else you'll need to get through the week.
STEP 3: Join the 7-Day Restart facebook group for daily support and input! This would be a great place to ask questions, discuss recipes and voice the struggles, and lend support.
STEP 4: Read through the book and get prepared.
