I’ve had this recipe idea in my head for ages, maybe even a whole year, and it finally came to fruition! I thought the sweet squash would contrast with the spicy chorizo, and garlic cream is just always a good idea. I went back and forth between calling it “creme” and “cream.” What’s the difference? I don’t know. Creme is just French for cream, I’m assuming. I don’t know that for sure, I’m not going to google it right now. But I went with “cream” anyway, because it seemed less elitist and more down-to-earth, and that’s really what this blog is all about.

My sweet bubbie @jwpet took me to hit up my last “must eat” spot in #Austin before I head home tomorrow (😭😭😭). This #vegan peanut butter cup ice cream in a #glutenfree cone from @sweetritual is the ultimate treat! It’s the best #dairyfree ice cream I’ve ever had. I have just had the best time with my loves in Austin. This trip is exactly what I needed, and has been so good for my soul 💆🏻‍♀️👯‍♂️💅🏼🏃🏻‍♂️👨‍👨‍👧 I’m so, so thankful for my sweet friends. I hopped off the #Keto wagon for a couple days this weekend.  It felt good, and I felt totally in control to not face plant into a box of doughnuts.  But, today I’m back on it. Now the sugar cravings are starting (probably exacerbated because I’m just plain hungry). Cravings and this grey, rainy weather has me wishing I was curled up with a pan... er... uh... plate of this Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cake 😍
